Basically my contract runs out in September but I would like to move out before then, so the contract would run until September but you can renew it if you want to/need to :)
Room is fairly large with a double bed and mattress, desk and swivvle chair included, as well as built in wardrobe and cupboard space.
The bus stop with buses 171, 172, p4 and 122 (as well as night buses, ) is a 2 minute walk away. Honor Oak Park station is only 4/5 minutes walk away, with direct, frequent trains to London Bridge, as well as a frequent service on the overground line. The house has 5 other bedrooms, a bathroom, (shower/bath and toilet and sink, ) and downstairs there is a shower room and toilet. Very quiet, friendly street!
