I rent a great sunny 2 bed furnished house/cottage set in private gardens in central Brixton and my house mate is leaving to join the army so I need a new tennant to share with me!

It's a peacful area but is only 3 mins walk to the high street, tube, buses, mainline trains, tescos, cinema, bars and restaurants etc. Clapham Common is a 5 min bus ride.

I'm a 32yo professional, I work mon-fri and I have lots of interests, am easy going, like to scocialise (but not a partier! ) and also chill out home with some good food/wine and a book.
I also have a friendly medium sized dog who spends time between me and my ex-partner.

The house is very unique inside… . cosy but spacious vintage country house styled but a good balance of vintage and modern. It is also being repainted fresh throughout.

There's a large open lounge with tons of storage, cellar, working fireplace.

Large eat-in kitchen/conservatory with Aga cooking range, dishwasher, 2 fridges, welsh dressers.

Private front and back gardens plus house is set within a large maintained garden off street.

Large bathroom with walk-in power shower and seperate bath.

Room for rent is a decent size, sunny, painted white, wardrobe, chest of drawers, over looks gardens. Will be repainted before tennant leaves.
