Hello! We're looking for a considerate, friendly flatmate who is happy to chat when we meet up, go out for the odd drink, but has their own life!

The Room: Bright, airy, double-size room (4m x 3m), morning sun. (Elegant, high-ceilings, original fireplace, furnished).

The Street: Quiet, calm, normal, know some of the neighbours.

The Area: Two minute walk to lovely Brockwell Park, various live-music pubs, restaurants, bars and to loads of buses on Brixton Hill and Tulse Hill. Eight minute walk to Brixton Tube/BR and Herne Hill BR.

The People: English aid worker, male, often away; Filipina aid worker/hotel manager, female; English IT professional, male; age range 26-45. A relaxed, fun house, not a party-house!

The Cost: £575 pcm, plus £95 for all bills/tax (cheap because shared amongst five) or £155 pw. One month deposit (£575), one month in advance (£575). Available from 16 March 2012.
