The flat

* There’s a spacious open plan living/ dining room with brand new kitchen area.

* The room is a large double and comes furnished with good quality double bed, 2 wardrobes, 2 chests of drawers and 2 sets of bedside drawers. All furniture is new and nice looking.

The Location
* The flat is on a quiet street just off Brixton Hill, so still close to the hustle and bustle of Brixtons buzzing nightlife, shops, pubs etc. Also completely spoilt for transport links all over London…
* Brixton Tube Station (Victoria Line) and Overland Station (10 mins walk). Brixton is also the first stop on the Victoria line, which means that you ALWAYS get a seat in the morning!
* There is also Brixton overground within walking distance (Lines to Victoria),
* Tulse Hill Overland station (trains to London bridge, wimbledon, croydon and a whole bunch of other useful places)
* Buses (and night buses) to just about anywhere in London at the end of the road

The Flatmate
I'm Amy, and I'm the landlord. I’ve bought the flat as an investment and to give my lovely sister Hannah a place to call home. So, you’d be sharing with Hannah, she’s 25 and works in film production. She’s hoping to find someone fun and easy going to share with - preferably a non-smoking, house-trained professional.

The Nitty-Gritty:
* The rent is £150 per week (that’s just over £639pcm) and the bills should be around £70 a month on top of that.
* Minimum stay of 6 months, but hopefully you’ll want to stay longer
* We'll be asking the new flat mate for a deposit, references and to sign a tennency agreement. All standard stuff
* The room is available from the 29th January
* We’ll be meeting people and doing viewings on Saturday 22nd Jan.
