We're 2 female professionals in our 20's looking for someone to take the biggest room in our flat share. Unfortunatley the person that was due to take the room but have dropped out last minute and we have already signed contracts!

The tenancy is from the 1st and the deposit is 1 months rent. Its a really great flat 10 min walk from Brixton tube. The area is lovely and the flat has been totally refurbed and is fully furnished to a really high standard. The room is £700pcm and bills on top.

Your room is absolutely massive and has loads of space! The flat itself has a new kitchen and bathroom. HAs a living room next to kitchen.

We're looking for a professional in their 20's that is happy to tidy up after themselves. We're both really out going and like to socalise but we also both have our own lives.
