Hi there well I have 2 lovely rooms available a single and a double room available in a lovely 3 bedroom flat in Brixton. 5 mins from the station on bus, all local shops near by, Tescos, Sainsburys. Fantastic travel links. You will be living with a 31 year old male, relaxed individual.
The place is very quiet but at the same time all the bars and restaurants round brixton are only 5-10 mins away. the location really is fantastic. Unfortunately I dont have a camera that works to upload photos, but you will be very happy when you see the flat and room. The room becomes available on the 1st of august. I am looking for either male or female, 26-35 ideally but can be a bit flexable
Bills work out about A40 extra a month, gas and electricity are quarterly, but its very cheap. Well if this sounds like somewhere you would like to stay then please feel free to contact me and arrange a time to visit.
