Double room available in lovely 3 bed 3 floor house in Redfield. The house has recently been rennovated. There's a dishwasher, downstairs loo, garden, beautiful kitchen/dining room. Lounge, family bathroom with seperate shower & bath. Your room is a good-shaped/sized double which will fit the usual furniture!

The £350 includes all bills including council tax, gas & electric, water, broadband and TV Licence

You will be living with 2 girls (23 & 24) who enjoy a quiet week (as working) and generally going out at the weekend to let our hair down! We're looking for a like-minded chilled out person (girl or boy) age not that important but preferably between 20-30 who knows how to have a laugh. Our current housemate has recently got engaged hence needing a new person. We've lived here since April last year and absolutely love it! We're looking for someone who's not just going to fill the room - someone who we will actually enjoy living with and who will enjoy living with us.

Our only rule is that we are considerate to each other so we keep the noise down during the week if others are sleeping and generally tidy up after ourselves!

The house is in a perfect location for busses (30 seconds away), take-aways and all the shops on church road. Lawrence hill train station is close (less than 10 minute walk) can walk to the centre in half an hour.
