This is a ground floor flat on Kingsdown Parade situated only 5-10 mins from uni and about 10 mins from cabot. I am a current 3rd year vet staying in Bristol next year for an intercalated year, and both my current housemates are moving out so there are two rooms available.

Don't be put off by the fact this is a ground floor flat, which often have a reputation for being dingy and quite dark; this place backs onto a hill so the back of the flat (living room and kitchen) are actually at ground level and get plenty of light.

Large kitchen, 2 fridges (possibly 3 if current flatmate leaves his behind), washing machine etc all the usual stuff. Living room is very spacious, large sofas, dining table etc and a decent sized garden.

I am an easy-going person to live with, fairly clean and tidy and don't make alot of noise, if you're the same then get in touch and come view it!
