Hi! we are looking for one more addition to our new flat on the Brighton/Hove border.

Lets start with some information the flat:
The flat itself is beautiful, it has recently been renovated (in the last year, ) it has oak flooring & spotlighting throughout, a decent sized living room, clean and modern bathroom and a beautiful kitchen with all the mod-cons (inc. a washer/dryer, full-size fridge freezer and even a dishwasher).

We're on the second floor (don't worry there's a lift! ) and all 3 bedrooms are south-facing, with sea views and lots of sun all day round. The room comes unfurnished and there is plenty of space for a double bed, wardrobe, desk & chair etc.

It is in a great location on Western Road. Located 4 minutes from the beach, a quick and easy stroll into town for any high street/Laines shopping needs (about 10mins) and very conveniently located for all local bars, pubs and restaurants. Brighton and Hove train stations are both approx. 20mins walk.
There is no parking but permits are possible – check with the council - however a healthy and regular bus route, with numerous buses, lies right outside the front door!

Now for the details:
The room will be available for 5 months (March - end July).
Rent is £400 p/month + Electricity/council tax, Sky TV & broadband. Water is included in rent. There is also a £600 deposit.

We would ideally like someone in full time work (or a full time student) who is completely house trained, tidy and doesn’t mind chipping in with the cleaning etc.

A bit about us:
We are both 26. Both work full time. Both love life and really enjoy living in Brighton. We both have a huge passion for music - ranging from dancing in small dark rooms to repetitive electronic music to prancing around European fields listening to the sounds of trumpets and sax wafting on the wind. creativity plays a big part as well; Simon is a Graphic Designer and I make music and art, amongst other things. We are very friendly and outgoing so someone who is independent but who also enjoys joining in and being sociable is preferable. We sorry but we cannot accept couples, pets or DSS.

This flat is perfect for someone looking for a short term stay, a bridge between one house and the next or looking to settle into Brighton before deciding where to live or someone who doesn’t mind the short lease. The reason we have this room free at such short notice is that plans of our third member fell through last minute and since we can't afford to pay the rent for an empty room we need you!
