Hi there,

We have a very nice, large double room available in a flat share in the middle of Brighton - 2 minutes from the beach, 5 minutes from the town centre. The 25 bus service stops 2 minutes from our front door so perfect for getting to uni.

The room is fullly furnished with a comfortable double bed, a desk, chair, chest of drawers and plenty of shelving for clothes. The rent is £500 per month and is available until the end of March.

The property is a split level flat with all the bedrooms on the top floor. The lounge and kitchen are big, light and airy.

We are 2 girls - 26 and 29. We are very friendly and sociable. We both work, are non-smokers and are clean and tidy.
