The flat is a good size, clean and modern finish situated in a private road. Nice quiet area. All modern appliances and a spacious lounge with WiFi broadband internet access. The kitchen and bathroom are modern, power shower, washing machine, etc. The lounge has a large bay window with a good view.

The room dimensions are 11' 10 x 8' 10 (or 3.60m x 2.70m) and comes unfurnished but it does have a large built-in wardrobe and storage space. This is a non-smoking place and no pets or DSS.

There is a nice communal garden with a tennis court, for anyone interested. The room does come with a private garage if you have a car, which will be all yours, plus there is off-road parking for visitors.

The room is available from 5th OCTOBER but viewings on the room can be made at anytime from now. The rent is A400 plus bills. Rent is payable a month in advance with a deposit required.
