The room is supposed to be £95 a week, as I'm leaving after finishing uni I will knock off £20 a week as a help me/help you bargain as I obviously don't want to pay 3 months rent that I am not there.

The letting is done though MTM Properties who's building is just a few minute walk down the road, usual paperwork and refundable deposit is required
