am looking for a flat mate in a large spacious Dockside flat overlooking the Bridgwater Docks. It is a 2 bed flat, with large living/eating area, kitchen, bathroom and balcony, has to be seen to be appreciated. Is in a central location, only 5 minute walk to centre of town, 5 minute drive to the motorway and supermarkets, but in a quiet area that means you don't notice you're that close to everything.
Am preferably looking for a professional, no DHSS, smoking isn't frowned upon, however not in the flat, only on the balcony, no pets however, unless in a tank!
Looking for A400 rent per calender month which includes all bills, minimum of 6 months then onto monthly agreement and a deposit, this is negotiable.
