Hi,
I am looking to rent out a double room in my 3 bed house - the house is in Litchard - easy walk to the Princess of Wales Hospital.

£270 pcm including all reasonable bills….

The house has all the usual: Broadband, washing machine, cooker, tumble dryer, tv points in every room, We have a sky box with movies etc, which tends to migrate around the house (all rooms have a sat point)

I am looking for a laid back professional (no DSS) house mate - male / female.

There is currently one other housemate - a lady who works at Logica - she tends to go away at the weekends.

I work Mon - Fri in Bridgend but stay with my girlfriend in Measteg most of the time and intend to stay in the house one night in the week and probably one night over the weekend (although so far I have never stayed in the week! ) so a sociable approach to life is needed - I have no objections to people staying over etc.

Absolutely no smokers.

By the way - that is not me on the street view (it's my ex wife and dog talking to the neighbour)
