This is a lovely double room to rent in a shared house with live in male owner. The room is very well decorated and has the use of its own bathroom on the first floor. My room is on the second floor with bathroom so the room is private. I recently refurbished the house so it is in great condition and almost new. The room can be furnished if required. The house has use of dongle internet, washing machine and sky tv- there is on street cul d sac parking. Leeds centre is 4 miles and Headingley 2 or 3 miles. Bus routes are outside the house and Bramley shopping centre is 5 minutes walk away. I am a 29 year old professional man who works all week and l like to socialise, chill or whatever in my sapre time. I am laid back and get on with anybody.
