The tenant would have use of the large, comfortable living room with flat screen tv. There is a second room available at the back of the house should you wish to have your own private living room.
There is ample off road parking and storage available in the garage/shed for bikes etc.
Bramford is a very friendly village, boasting quiet village life whilst being a short journey from Ipswich centre. The A14 is close by for easy links to Colchester and Bury St. Edmunds. Opportunities to become involved in village life are ample.
