This room is just a few minutes away from the main Richmond building at the University of Bradford. It is also very close to the library and the student central and it is only a five minute walk away from the city centre.

The room is spacious (probably one of the biggest in the house) with a huge desk. A big 3/4 size bed (bigger than a single slightly smaller than a double)also a massive wardrobe with plenty of space. Theres is also shelving for folders and work and big draws for other things (one of which locks). There is also storage space under beds. At the moment there are 9 housmates-5 boys and 4 girls.

Money Arrangments:
I have already paid listerhills housing for two lots of rent. This amounting to £2766.60. The amount for the next lot of rent is due on the 28th April 2012- This will be £1, 078.50. You would take over the contract and pay this to listerhills yourself. If you moved in in February this would work out at about £52 a week. Cheap compared to my £91 pound weeky cost.
