its a huge room with a cupboard and a small storage room attached to it as well.

Kitchen is almost double the size of this room. which is clean, tidy and airy.

Clean toilet with a bath tub and shower.

Big TV room.

You will be sharing the house with 3 others (non of us smoke).

More storage space available in the basement.

Bus stop is just 1 min walk.

Very quiet and friendly environment.

Includes a double bed (not the one in the picture because that's current tenant's who's moving out)

Unfortunately I will require security deposit and I. D. and we don't have a dishwasher: (
