We have a big modern double bedroom to rent in a secure, modern development situated in Bow. The room is available immediately and the rent will be £570 pcm (+ £100 for bills) with one months rent paid upfront as a deposit.

Apartment:
The apartment has been nicely decorated with a huge living space, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, office space and lounge. The property is approximately 1000sqft in size, which essentially means we have enough space not to step on each other’s toes! The apartment has BT Vision, so you are welcome to record whatever TV you like, and WI-FI throughout. We have a nice big balcony overlooking the canal which has views to the Olympic Park and will be probably be the most sort after destination in the UK come 12 months time.
For those that have a car, there is on street parking outside the complex down the surrounding streets.

Room:
The room is the equivalent size to the master bedroom and has a huge floor to ceiling window that lets in loads of light with views to Canary Wharf. It is fully furnished with a double bed, 2 bedside tables (with drawers), a shelving unit, mirror, two double wardrobes (yes, two) and still plenty more room for additions. You will have pretty much exclusive access to the main bathroom as we tend to use the en-suite in the other room.

About Us:
You will be sharing with two very easy going professionals, Steve is a 29 year old Urban Designer (architecture geek) and I (Angie) am a 25 year old Fashion Consultant. We both enjoy cooking, although I do more of it, and both enjoy going out, socialising and drinking - of which Steve is an expert at!

…and you:
We are ideally looking for a young professional in their late 20's, early 30's who is fairly conscientious and enjoys having a good time and socialising but also respects other people's privacy.

Transport info:
Hackney Wick Overground, DLR and major bus connections are all situated within a 5-10 min walk.
