Hi, Double bedroom in lovely 3 bedroom house for rent. Refurbished last year. GREAT for city, canary wharf and west end. The house is 3 bedroomed but will only have two tenants. The new tenant will have use of the two bedrooms as its not as big as the main bedroom. There is a big living room/dinning room with access to a good sized garden - great in summer (south facing! ). Fully fitted kitchen, utilty room. One bathroom to be shared. Current tenant is female professional and leaves house early due to early start at work - so probably won't clash in the bathroom in the mornings. Easy going and friendly. Works long hours but likes to go out, tends to have quiet work weeks though… New tenant must be considerate and also quite chilled out/laid back. House is shared so just common sense and respect is a must! Room possibly available earlier if need be?! Great access to the City and the west end on the Central line - equal distance to Mile End and Bethnal Green. Fully furnished except for the the new tenant's bedroom.
