Hi! My flatmate and I are looking for someone to rent a room in our flat as our other flatmate is moving in with her boyfriend. You would be living with two 28 year old female teachers. The room is a good sized double, with a built in wardrobe and you would share a bathroom with one other flatmate. The room itself is unfurnished. The lounge and kitchen are a good size and there is plenty of parking around. My flatmate and I are looking for a professional, aged 24-40, who would feel at home and hopefully join us for wine and TV but who will also be respectful to the flat and do their fair share!
