Hi all! Anyone interested in a single en- suite room available for whoever is looking for a room. It is in Chesil house the newly built student accommodation block! The flat is shared with 4 other flatmates. The room is on the 5th floor and is located right at the end. The room contains a bed, a big desk close to the window, wardrobe, large mirror, heater, and your own very nice bathroom with shower and WC, its very new so its really nice! There is a courtyard on the first floor with a common room and a laundry room.

The way payments works is that when you sign up to get my room you will only pay from each start date of term (written below) and will last until 29th of June 2012. The location is awesome! Your living so close to everything and it only takes you 5 min walks to asda or clubs and shopping in town. There is a co- operative food store in the building, so if you do not want to go to asda you have everything you need right here.

Payments is payed each term in advance in the two instalments 16 January 2012: 1382.65 and 7 May 2012: 1382.65. This is fully inclusive of all utility bills, tenant contents insurance and a standard internet connection.

Location: Situated at the Lansdowne Campus, adjacent to the other Halls of Residence at Cranbourne House and Purbeck House, there is all the convenience of close access to the seafront, Bournemouth town centre shops, and the Bournemouth travel interchange.
