Hey, I have STUDENT accommodation available to rent in Boscombe for £185 for oneroom, or for two rooms £370pcm, including bills (electric, gas, water and TV&Internet). The house is a very large ten bed; I have two of the rooms which are slightly smaller but still pretty big. you could easily fit a double into them. I use one room as a bedroom and the other to work in cause I have a lot of books and art things. Although, the other room could be used as a walk in wardrobe ;) or something. The house is very friendly and fun, like a big family, every Sunday the girls tend to cook a roast for everyone. The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, 2 cookers, lots of fridges, kettles and toasters. On the first floor there is a small loo and two shower rooms with loo’s in them, and on the second floor there is another shower room. The house has 4 girls and 6 guys at the moment including me and everyone gets along very well. lots of banter. There''s a bus stop 5 mins walk down the road where the U buses operate from, which is ideal to get to and from Uni as they run every 10-20 mins. You''re always guaranteed a seat because it''s one of the first stops. Also a 5 min walk away is the local town and shopping centre with supermarkets, take aways and clothes shops.
