Hi Everyone :)
Welcome to our house in this lovely corner of the world. We would like to offer you the wonderful oppourtunity to move into a great friendly house. Enjoy sea views from the comfort of your own bedroom before stepping into the fun of living in a large 7 bedded house share, its so close to boscombe pier with a little imagination we could call this our back garden too!
Come with me on a little tour…
The bedroom is of extremely good size. An old hotel room with its own bathroom including shower and toilet. The far window allows views of the sea the perfect way to start everyday. The room is available furnished including double bed, wardrobe, large chest of drawers, two bookcases, desk, chair although it can be unfurnished if preferred. Despite all this furniture there is still plenty of space remaining.
Now walk down the stairs and follow me into the lounge, here you will find many a sofa, bean bag and house mate. Often filling the room with laughter, watching interesting documentaries, having weird and wonderful discussions, playing games, drinking ale, generally enjoying company, conversation and preparing for the next adventure.
Next, through to the kitchen and adjoining dining room.
Think large, full of character, imagine the appetising smell of cakes or beautiful meals being cooked, well occasionally anyway :). Walking throungh the kitchen leads us to outside, our back garden. Here you will discover a mutlilevel decking area. This is so perfect for summer and screams bbqs, gatherings and/or ideal for smokers.
As a group we have various tastes in hobbies/music /events but have been known to frequent the likes of the Cellar Bar, Winchester, V and other random events. Always open to new suggestions.
The cost of the room is all inclusive at £475 per month, this includes the items detailed below:
