I am a single self employed male and single dad living in a 1st floor 2 bed flat in Borth with a beautiful view over looking Cardigan Bay. The back bedroom is not currently used so is available to rent to the right person.
Unfortunately there is no washing machine in the flat but there is a laundrette in Borth that is open 6am - 8pm every day.
I have sky broadband and the basic sky tv package.
I am a very quiet and private person who spends much of my free time reading, walking on the beach, on the internet, watching movies etc. I am also seriously in to meditation and yoga so I like to have a very quiet and peaceful environment. You could say I live an alternative lifestyle. A 9-5 is not for me. I am currently in the process of preparing an 8 acre small holding ready to produce organic food next year. I am a single dad to an 11 year old girl who stays most weekends and school holidays.
