Spacious Double Room available in Three Bedroom House. House will be shared with a very tidy, professional, quiet, couple in our mid-twenties.
The third bedroom will be available to shared between us for guests/storage. There is a good sized main bathroom with toilet, and a separate W/C downstairs. The Lounge and Kitchen are both generous in size and well furnished.
The bedroom is currently being newly carpeted and furnished. It comes complete with a king sized bed, bedding, built in cupboard, separate wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables and lamps, and LCD flat screen TV, DVD player, and Sky+ box. The photos of the bedroom are not current, but are provided to give you an estimate of the size of the room. The room should be complete and available within two weeks. The bedrooms are on opposite sides of the house (no shared walls) which is great for privacy.
The house is in a great location within walking distance of both Daisy Hill and Westhoughton train stations which make a commute into Manchester about 40 minutes. We are also on a bus route with frequent links to Bolton, Wigan, and Middlebrook. It is less than a five minute drive to the M61, and about 15 minutes to the M6. There is off road parking available.
We have two house cats and an African Grey Parrot. The Parrot can be talkative during the day but is always silent at night. We would be willing to consider allowing you to bring a small pet as well.
This is a very warm dry house with a solid fuel central heating system, so the house is kept heated 24/7 during the cold winter months. The £325/month includes all bills, unlimited fast Wi-Fi, and the Sky+ subscription. We require one month’s deposit, the rent to be paid by standing order, and satisfactory references. We are looking for a quiet, tidy, mature professional or student, any age, male or female. We would be willing to negotiate the rental price for the right person.
