Room and flatmate description I have 2 rooms for rent in my home where I live with my 3 yorkshire terriers, they are friendly and fun. There is an upstairs bedroom to the rear of the house which is North facing, it overlooks a school playing field, this room has a faux leather double bed already installed, you will get a new mattress upon tenancy. It has a new large wardrobe and chest of drawers and is centrally heated with a radiator. I will also have SKY installed in this room with all the sports, movie and main channels upon your arrival, you just bring a tv. This room is £400 per calendar month. Alternatively, there is an extension room downstairs with large south facing front window so you get the sun, and its own private rear exterior door leading to a small pebbled garden which has a table and 4 chairs. It will have a new double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers upon tenancy. This room is centrally heated with radiator. I will also have SKY installed in this room with all the sports, movie and main channels upon your arrival, you just bring a tv. This room is £500 per calendar month. All utility bills are included in both rents and you also get free wireless internet access. You have access to the living room which has a hi-fi, tv, and fireplace. You have access to the kitchen which has many cupboards, breakfast bar, american fridge freezer, george forman grill, microwave, chip pan, washing machine, gas hob and elec oven. The bathroom upstairs has toilet, sink and shower cubicle. There is off road parking for 2 vehicles and space on the street for more. For security purposes I wont allow any other people to stay over with you but visitors are welcome, simply notify me when you will be having them. I require £200 deposit (returnable upon leaving room in same condition) and 1 month rent up-front pro-rata to the 1st of the month.
