Fully furnished single bedroom in modernised terrace. It is fully central heated and fully alarmed. The kitchen is fully fitted and has a washer / dryer and dishwasher as well as a big fridge freezer. The bathroom has a seperate shower cubicle. There is a large front room/middle room and plenty of space. I also have wireless cable broadband (very fast). There is rescricted parking outside the property but it is easy to park down the side streets. We are close to the cinema (10 min walk) and have easy access to town centre with good public transport links.

I'm pretty easy going as long as you help to keep the place tidy. If anything else comes up then I just tend to make the rules up as we go along.
