Decent size double bedroom for rent in a 3 bedroom house in central Pagham. The house is close to a small tesco, newsagents and post office and 3 pubs, it is also on the number 60 bus route so there is good public transport to Bognor, Chichester etc for non drivers. There are plenty of parking spaces on the road outside the house.
The house is also a short walk from footpaths into the countryside, the beach and Pagham harbour nature reserve.
The room we have available comes fully furnished - double bed, 2 side tables, chest of draws and a built in wardrobe.
There is only one bathroom in the house and thus shared.
The other people who live in the house are myself and my boyfriend, aged 21 and 24. We don't smoke (don't mind a smoker, but no smoking in house allowed), I'm a student at university although I will be concluding my studies this year and my boyfriend is in full time employment. We have pets (in cages) but although we love animals we regret that we cannot accept any other animals in the house at this time.
The third bedroom is used as a study/spare bedroom.
Tenant will have use of facilities: washing machine, fridge, broadband internet (will need own means of accessing the internet) etc. However must contribute to or buy own washing powder etc and must buy own food.
The house has half central heating (there is no radiator in the room for rent) but there is an effective plug in heater available for use.
The rent price includes all general household bills with the exception of phone calls to mobiles and premium rate numbers.
The room is available from May as this is when the current tenant will be moving out.
