I have a furnished double room for rent in my home situated in North Bersted, Bognor Regis.
The room is at the rear of the house and overlooks the good sized, sunny garden, which you will be welcome to enjoy! The furnished double room has a double bed, bedside table with drawers and a good sized built in wardrobe. I am prepared to purchase some additional items of furniture to suit the occupant’s needs.
The house comprises of a bright lounge/diner, a brand new kitchen and bathroom, with a shower over the bath and a lovely garden in the summer. There is also a garage for bike storage.
Local amenities within a 2 minute walk include a Post Office/shop and another local shop, an Indian Restaurant and various takeaways. Situated in this parade of shops there is a bus stop with regular buses into Chichester, and across the road from the house is a bus stop with regular buses into Bognor Regis town. There are many other shops/pubs and amenities within 5 minutes drive. And best of all, the beach is 10 minute cycle ride away –even quicker by car – such a lovely place to spend summer evenings and weekend days. Within Chichester and Bognor Regis there are mainline train stations with all major links within the South and to London.
I am a teacher and on top of a busy working day, usually have work to do at home in the evenings too, so enjoy quiet times during the weekday evenings. I enjoy music, theatre and films, cooking and eating out, walking and gardening. I am also a keen Norwich City fan.
