This is a large terraced house which has 4 bedrooms in total. one which is currently used as a study. There is a large dining room and lounge and also a large kitchen. There is a decked area to the rear of the property and permit parking to the front for which a permit will be given.
I am the only person living in the property (apart from my Westie) and I am currently looking to rent one room. This is a double room and has a double bed, double wardrobe and bedside cabinet.
I have sky tv and broadband.
I am a professional and I work Mon-Fri. I relax during the week, watching tv and at weekends I also like to relax or go out with friends in the area or stay over at weekends out of town. I like music, cycling, walks with the dog, socialising.
My ideal tenant would be a working person or a mature student.
The local area has various shops within walking distance and the town centre is around 15-20 walk or a 5 minute bus ride.
Smokers are welcome but would have to smoke outside. Pets also considered.
