I have a single box room available to the right person this room is small, you could have a double bed chest of drawers/ wardrobe and/or tv unit in there its okay for someone who will be out at work most of the day! The lodger must be comefortable around animals and be okay with getting involved on occasion this would not suite everyone but for others would be ideal. The room is unfurnished but if you can use the £100 deposit as 2 weeks upfront rent and then not pay a deposit this could be used for furnishing your room! You are free to decorate the room to your taste that is no problem! We are friendly people and hopefully will make a new friend along the way.
