There is one female and a couple in the flat. We are friendly and enjoy sitting around the table and chatting over some drinks but appreciate that people want their own space. We clean up after ourselves and are very extremely easy going.

Personally I like the fact that we are directly on the heath and Greenwich park so that there is a lot of open space nearby which can be refreshing when living in a city as big as London.

The available room is a 3m x 2m smallish double room with a large floor to ceiling closet. It is furnished with a bed, wall mirror and shelves. There is not enough room for other furniture but if you have any you want to move in then there is plenty of space in the rest of the flat. The room is internal to the flat and therefore only has a small window into the hallway. Natural light enters through the window via a skylight in the hallway.

The minimum stay is six months, there is a deposit of A600, one month in advance, and a credit check is required by the estate agent that costs approximately A150 and normally takes about two weeks to process. I was put off by the fee when I wanted to move in but I think that it is worth it since they take good care of the flat and quickly fix any problems that may arise.
