The house is conveniently located in a quiet residential area 5min walk to the blackheath station (12min to london bridge). 15min walk to greenwich park. the house has everything a house needs- downstairs has a large living room with a tv and 2 couches and a pretty big kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, washing mashine. bedrooms are upstairs and share the floor with the bathroom.
tv licence, landline, unlimited broadband all present.
the room is very well sized with a huge double bed, big wardrobe, desk, bedside cabinet, armchair. I am moving out because I will soon be starting a job that comes with accommodation.

£600 deposit will be required, which you will get back at the end of the contract.
