The room I am advertising is large, with a lot of storage space, the kitchen is also large and the garden is huge. The house is alarmed with off street parking. I work as a tour guide and am away a lot of the time, so I am looking for a professional responsible person who will pay by direct debit and keep the house clean and tidy. Kidbrooke station is a 15 min walk away from there it is possible to get to Ldn Bridge in 15 mins or Lewisham for the DLR in 5 mins. Buses to Woolwich, Greenwich, are 2 mins walk, and Eltham about 10. Greenwich Park is a lovely walk over Blackheath and will take about 30 mins. My other tenant is a very quiet 21 yr old music student who never practices in the house. The house is mid terrace on a quiet one way street. I am sorry no fotos but viewing is better, havent had time to set that up. Seperate wc, good shower, bills inc.
House is clean, and convenient to transport links.
