Looking for 1 male/female housemate to rent with 1 female [aged 27] and 1 male [aged 27].

ALL BILLS are INCLUDED in the rent- gas, elec, water/sewage, council tax, broadband [WiFi] etc and LOCAL phone calls only (mobile and/or international type calls are not included).
FYI: To have these added on seperately would add around A80-A100 to a base rent so A340 inc bills for a double is a bargain really! :)
The room is furnished with a double bed and wardrobe. There is enough room for you to add any extra furniture- a desk for example. Bed linen/quilt/pillows etc are supplied.

Smokers are welcome, but you are only allowed to smoke outside.

Shared use of lounge, dining and kitchen including all furniture/appliances within these rooms (this includes use of games consoles and computer to check email etc).

There is a yard at the rear of the property which is great for BBQs… weather permitting!

There are pets in this household: 1 medium sized dog who is very friendly and 1 rabbit (the rabbit is caged outside, but comes into the house on occasion… and plays with the dog! ). You are not expected to do anything for these animals, but to actually like animals is kinda important! You are also welcome to have your own pets… within reason!

Property is a short walk [2-5min] from Mill Hill train station and other regular bus routes. Also has Witton Park within 10mins walk.
