Although this is a rural location we have a local bus service and you are only 10mins drive away from Clitheroe and Blackburn, 20 mins from Preston.
I have two rooms available and although both are large rooms one is bigger than the other and would ideally suite a couple. The larger of the two rooms has its own shower room. The 2nd room shares a very large bathroom with one other occupant. The large bathroom consists of a double shower and bath etc.
You will have full access to all the house facilities, dining room, two sitting rooms, study, utility room etc.
The ideal tenant would be a professional/student who appreciates living in a very select area and respectful to others privacy.
I am a teacher and my husband tends to the needs of the occupants ensuring that they come home to a clean welcoming environment.
