Due to urgently needing a replacement, I'm subletting my room for a discounted price of £200/month with water included and other bills to be paid separately. Available from 17/2/2012 until 30/06/2012. It is a spacious room in a 9 bedroom house on Bournbrook Road in the heart of Selly Oak. Bathroom shared between two, large kitchen and living room area, huge garden with own BBQ, plenty of parking spaces on the drive and lovely, friendly housemates! We are a lively bunch and looking for someone open and friendly to join our little community. Despite being busy 2nd Year students, we are always up for a laugh and love to socialise.
