We are offering a large double room in our modern luxurious 2 bedroom flat. We like to think the flat is furnished to a high standard with large leather sofa. 3d TV, home cinema system and sky with pretty much every channel available. The flat also comes with washer/ dryer. You will have full use of the kitchen including all our pots, pans, plates etc. We also have a high speed unlimited internet. The bedroom on offer is not furnished as our current tenant needs to leave on short notice and will be taking all furniture with them.

The flat is a 2 minute walk to Bexleyheath Station and even closer to the Sainsburys local.

Currently it is my girlfirend and I sharing the flat, both 25. We are looking for a young professional around the same age who is easy going and doesn't mind being social on weekends as we both are.

The rent is £550 per month incuding all bills, and we would also ask for one additional month rent upfront for a bond whch you will get back if you leave. We're looking for someone to move in as soon as possible.
