Rooms to rent in an impressive six bedroom Victorian house:

2 x good sized double room with plenty of storage space, newly decorated. Light and airy.

The available rooms are on the first floor of the house. The other rooms are en-suite so you will only be sharing the large main bathroom with one other person.

It's a large house with a good atmosphere. There are three reception rooms so if you're into your sports/ X Factor there wont be any arguments! We've also got a BIG garden which has been a treat in the summer so far for BBQs. The kitchen is bright and very homely. Being such a big house it's important that we all clean up after ourselves so we're looking for someone who'll respect that please! We are not neat-freaks but it's a big house that needs TLC.

At the moment there's myself (27 yrs working in marketing in the city), Matt (28, science teacher working locally), Becky (25 my sister and works in the West End) and Steve (30, a tiler) living together. We cook together very occasionally but usually cater for ourselves. We are not often all in at the same time. We have been known to have odd party/house dinner although we're equally likely to go off and do our own things. We're looking for friendly, easygoing housemate who will treat the house as a home.

It's a short 5 minute walk to Bexley Village station (30 minute train to London Bridge/Cannon St/Charing X), you're a short walk away from shops, bars, restaurants, post office etc.

The house and garden really do need to be seen so please get in touch - we would love to meet you.
