I have a 4 bedroom detached house in a pleasant rural village.
The house is an easy 2 minute walk to the local post office and an excellent local shop.
The village pub is also just a short walk away (they do a great carvery).
The house is on the 192 and 292 bus routes from Birmingham to Hereford Via Bewdley and Kidderminster.
With open countryside to the rear there are some lovely country walks right on the doorstep.

The room is a fully furnished double room, with a pleasant view from the south facing window to the rear, and not overlooked by road or other properties. There is WiFi broadband access and a freeview TV. Two large double walk in wardrobes should provide ample storeage.

The Bathroom with shower over a full size bath. The bathroom is currently shared. (There is another larger bathroom which will hopefully be renovated in the future but is currently not serviceable. )

Downstairs is a large fully equipped shared Kitchen. There is a separate utility & laundry room with washing machine, tumble drier and dishwasher. Three shared reception rooms; living room, conservatory overlooking a modest private garden and separate dining room, and also a downstairs cloakroom WC.

There is a large double garage with room for additional storage and could also make room for a motorcycle but probably not for another car. There is ample off road parking on the drive for a car though.

I own the house and live here currently on my own so with 4 large double bedrooms there is plenty of space.
