Furnished single room to let in nice house with professional female. The house is situated in a quiet cul de sac near the Beverley Beck. It is close to all amenities and a 15 minute walk into the town centre and train station.

Although it is a sinlge room, the rest of the house is quite spacious. It has an enclosed garden with shed, and private off road parking.

My ideal tenant would be a male or female professional although a student would be welcomed if working. I do need someone who likes animals as I have a beautiful cat and a very fussy little dog.

My interests are horseriding, which is where I spend most of my spare time, art, music and reading. I currently teach 3 days a week and also studying for a masters degree in environmental management.

The rent is £280 a month and this is inclusive of bills. Im a very easy going person and just want someone who likes to enjoy a glass of wine now and again, and someone who cleans up after themselves and who doesnt take life too seriously!
