We have a great room available in our lovely flat in Bethnal Green for 12 month lease. The room would be great for couples (or singles) as its large and has loads of built in storage. The room is furnished with a double bed and an enormous desk, with floor to ceiling built in wardrobes either side of the bed.

The flat is very spacious with a HUGE lounge and kitchen. The bathroom has both a bath and shower and we have a separate toilet.

We're a five minute walk from Bethnal Green station and the number 8 (Oxford Circus/Bow Church) and D6 (Hackney/Crossharbour) buses stop outside our front door.

We're looking for someone to move in by the 8th February at the latest but you could move in as early as the 21st of Jan - We're very flexible.

You would be sharing the flat with two lovely Irish girls who work in marketing. Everyone is really relaxed and friendly. We have friends over often and the occasional party but everyone is very considerate and this is generally a pretty calm place to be.

- Bond is £566.66 and rent £700 per month
- Council tax is £44 for February but it should be going down from March onwards
- Other bills (internet, water, gas etc) are usually no more than £30 a month if that
