We are looking for a Single Female Student/Professional to share our flat. This is a 3 Double Bedrooms Masionette flat at Vallence Road, Bethnal Green. You will share the flat only two asian couples (4 Persons). Separate Kitchen, Separate Bathroom, Toilet, Living space, Central Heating.

The room is going to be available from 3rd September is a double room where currently a female student living. She is going back to home after finishing study by end of august. So, we are looking similer to share our flat.

Monthly Rent only £475 (equivalent to £110 pw) inc all bills (Elec, Gas, Water, Bt, Unlimited Wireless Internet, Tv Licence). So, no extra cost… all included in rent.

Less than 10 mins walk to Bethnal Green Central Line, Whitechapel District, Hammersmith, Overground Line & Shoreditch Overground station. Bus stop only 1 min to Bus 8, 388 & D3 available direct to Liverpool Street, Oxford Circus, Canary Wharf.

Really great place to live as local shops, restaurant, Superstores like Sainsburys, Tesco, iceland within walking distance.

BrickLane 3/4 Mins, Royal London Hospital 10 Mins, Liverpool Street 15 Mins walking distance.
