The room itself is a really nice size with three fitted wardrobes, a nice double bed, rug and sofa. You can keep what you want init or add your own I have lots of storage space for our own things. You will have sole use of the main large bathroom with toilet, shower, bath, wash basin and power point, conveniently situated right next to your bedroom door. So you will have one half of the upper floor we will have the other so to speak.

downstairs there is a further wc a large hallway and the open plan living room with a large kitchen/dining space.

There is also a terrace through the patio doors in the living room furnished with lots of plants overlooking Meath gardens. A very quiet public park just before the canal, mile end park and Victoria park. The living room itself has a corner dark leather sofa and another four seater suede sofa that doubles as a sofa bed. There's a 50 inch plasma TV, a good Cambridge audio system and an ebony upright piano.

Steve and I are very easygoing guys, easy to get on with like socialising, eating out all the normal stuff really. We totally respect having another individual in the house and their privacy.

I am a mature 24 year old personal trainer whilst Steve is a 46 year old city worker. We are a well established couple of 5 years, we dont argue and are not difficult.
