5 bedroom house off the Lisburn Road. Currently 4 girls living here and 1 additional person needed for 1 year starting 1st July 2012. House has a very large kitchen with 2 cookers, 2 sinks, fridge freezer and washing machine. Normal sized student living room with TV and freeview. 2 shower rooms and 2 toilets.

House is a 5min walk to Queens and close to shops and takeaways. The 9A bus collects at the top of the street and travels as far as the City Centre. 3 out of the 4 current tenants can drive and weekly shops to ASDA etc can be done. We like to go out but as we will all be in final year I presume we won't be out too much next year. Ideal tenant would be someone aged between 18 and 24, gender does not matter, as long as they are tidy and not too noisy… unless we are all heading out of course… so be as noisy as you like lol.

Rent is £200 a month, internet is currently £4.20 a month per person, the electric bill comes out every three months and it is normally around £80 which is split between 5 people. We normally buy a TV license at around £30 per person as the license man calls at the street every so often, gas is top up so we normally give £5 each and top up £25 and then just see when it runs out before it needs topped up again. Everyone in the house is dead on and easy going so chances are you would get on with everyone.
