The room has 14-16 square meters (approx. 160 squarefeet) and is fully furnished, located in a 4 rooms shared house (fully equipped kitchen/bathroom). The house mates are easy to get along with (two male postgraduates and a female undergraduate).

The rent is 227 GBP per month (= 52/week) plus bills (approx. 30 GBP per month). Deposit 250 GBP.

The house is located in a calm street, very central in beautiful Beeston with a variety of shops, pubs and supermarkets (Sainsbury's, Tesco, Lidl are all in short walking distance). University is 10-15 Minutes walk away. There are at least 5 different bus services to Nottingham centre, leaving every few minutes.
