First floor single room in Broadgate Park Student Halls, Beeston, just across the road from Nottingham University campus. The single room has a single bed, desk (with drawers), lamp, chair, pin board and wardrobe. Has been refurbished in the last few years and is in a mixed flat with four other friendly, social students. The flat has two bathrooms (both with shower and toilet) and a shared kitchen (each person has 2 cabinets, a drawer and fridge/freezer space). The rent is £90.93 per week and includes: Unlimited Internet, Utility Bills, Weekly Communal Cleaners, Onsite Maintenance and 24hr Reception. Just outside the room is a washing machine and dryer which can be used for a minimal fee. Parking is available on site for an annual fee, although there are nearby streets where you can park for free. There is also a £250 Damage Deposit for the room.
