As I'm moving out, the room in my shared house will become available at the end of June, and my housemates and I are now searching for someone to take my place.

The house is located in a lovely residential area in Beeston. It's within a ten minute walking distance from both the University of Nottingham and Beeston town centre, and has easy access to a variety of bus routes, including to the city centre. There's also a great chip shop at the end of the road!

The room is fully furnished, and includes a single bed, book shelf, desk, notice board, lamp, mirror, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

The house itself is also fully furnished, and includes a large communal living room, shared kitchen, dining area, bathroom and extra toilet. At the back of the house there's a good sized garden, with shed storage available for bikes/etc, if it's needed. On-road parking is also available at the front of the property.

There are currently four other students living in the house, all girls. Ideally, we're looking for another student of similar age who's friendly, sociable and easy to get along with.
