I am giving up my lovely room in Beeston which will be available from the beginning of June to the end of July. I shall be working in France during these months therefore will be leaving a tad earlier than expected.

The rent is £240 a month but the price is negotiable. Included with rent is internet and water bills, while all other bill costs are shared between my other current housemates (3 girls, all 2nd year undergrad students who are clean, friendly and great to be with! )

Features of the room and house:
Single room, fully furnished with desk, wardrobes, bed etc
Living room with TV (for which all expenses are covered)
Garden with Shed for bike/general storage
Central heating, fully equipped kitchen and washing machine

Deposit is £250. A contract extension is also possible if needed.
